Product Returns & Warranty
All of our toys are checked before they leave the store. We offer a 30 Day Warranty on products that have a manufacturing fault from the date that you receive your products. Many of the Brand toys have a 1 year warranty.
If you think that you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately by either phone or email. Where the product is faulty we are happy to exchange it for the same item once it has been inspected by Good Vibrations staff. Proof of purchase must be produced. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item, however shipping costs of sending the faulty item is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an item is found not to be faulty it will returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
We must be notified within 30days of the arrival of your product to be eligible for any warranty issues.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
Please retain a tracking number along with the return so as to ensure that it can be traced.
Once we have confirmed that your item is faulty, we will replace it within 5 business days from when we receive.
Please ensure that you include phone number and or your email address in case we need to contact you.
Before returning your Sex Toys
In many cases, the fault is not in the toy but the batteries. Please follow the following steps before you send a toy back
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- Ensure the battery compartment has been screwed on tightly and appropriately
- Try new batteries
- Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture on them
