How do I clean my products? 

Simply wash your purchases with a toy cleaner and rinse with warm water. If your product is not waterproof, wipe it over with a clean cloth after using a toy cleaner.

What kind of lubricant should I use with my items?

We always recommend using a quality water-based lubricant with all the items we sell. Some products can react to silicone lubricants, and the material the toy is made from can degrade and become unsafe for use. If you intend to use silicone lubricant with a toy, do a spot test first to ensure the toy material and silicone lubricant are safe to use together. Browse our wide range of lubricants.

How much can I save in battery costs with your rechargeable products?

All rechargeable products feature high-quality rechargeable power systems that are convenient, kind to the environment and save you hundreds of dollars over several years of reliable use compared with cheap products that use replaceable batteries. By purchasing a rechargeable product, you're saving money on battieres - and rechargeable products often last longer.

Will my parcel be delivered in discreet packaging?

We post all orders through Australia Post without our logo or company name. The only information on the parcel satchel is our return address (a PO Box), and your delivery address and instructions. For more information, visit our Shipping Policy page.

What happens if I get a faulty item?

We check all battery-operated items before they are posted to ensure that everything is working as it should. If an item is delivered faulty, or a factory fault becomes evident within 30 days of being received, return it to Good Vibrations and we will process a replacement or refund. How do I find out when you have a sale on?

Subscribe to our newsletter to receive notifications of all upcoming sales and special events. We respect your inbox and privacy, and will not spam you with the same offer. We often post exclusive specials and sales on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, so we highly reccomend you follow these pages too!

How long will it take me to receive my order?

This depends on where the order is being delivered to, and if you have selected regular or express post at the checkout. All orders are processed and dispatched through Australia post by the end of the next business day, and you will have a tracking number emailed to you.
